Dr. Chang takes a very personalized approach to coaching, tailoring his advice to the personality, goals, and desires of each of his clients. He is gifted at connecting with his clients and building a relationship that will help them discover themselves and their purpose. For Dr. Chang, it's not just about clients achieving goals.
